Basics of Yoga

We are so glad you decided to begin your yoga journey with us. This class will focus on the foundations of a yoga flow. This is the perfect class for those starting from scratch or if you just want a refresher of the foundational postures of yoga.  This is a safe space to ask any questions regarding yoga. This class is 50 minutes.

Foundations

Our Foundations classes for you if you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years. We will focus on the basics, cultivating strength, balance and flexibility in a safe and accessible class. This class may be simple but it is not easy. We will explore yoga from the ground up and this can be a class you can do for the rest of your life. Be open to the challenge of slowing down.

This class is 60 minutes except on Tuesdays-50 minutes

Expanding

Expanding on the yoga basics, whether you are new to yoga or looking for a simple sequence to revive and energise. This class is suitable for all with a basic level of fitness and good mobility. Balancing strength building, movement and stillness this class is perfect for every body. This class varies 60-75 minutes.

Intensity

Who says yoga is easy?? One of our favorite things about yoga is that each asana, or posture, can be modified to create a custom and unique practice. Dilaine will modify the asanas for this class, with more intensity! This class is 60 minutes 

BROGA

Hey Fella's. This class is just for you!  The music rocks and Dilaine gives you space to do whatever yoga asana's you can.  NO JUDGEMENT allowed!  This class is 60 minutes. No reservations needed just show up. This class is 60 minutes.

Peaceful Flow
Drop your baggage at the door. This time is just for you. Center on the most important person in your life, you. Slow and mindful movement woven with restorative postures accentuated with blankets and bolsters to support your body. You deserve this.

Restore

We begin with moving the body through the sun salutations then move onto restorative poses to settle into our minds and bodies to take stock of the sensations within.

 

Restore & Nidra

Restorative yoga is a deeply therapeutic practice. Rest the body. Quiet the mind. Nurture your natural relaxation response. Recover your state of inner repose.
 ​Once we have settled in ,we will progress into Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, sometimes called Yogic Sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Our intention is for you to leave this class refreshed and balanced.

This class is 60ish minutes.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra, music and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation.  Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul.  No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.  This class is 60 minutes.
