Beginners Yoga 8 Week Course (1)
Step into yoga in the comfort of your own home with Kara Bercher to guide you. No special props will be needed (think paper towel rolls for blocks, belts or ties for strap, books, etc). Join us for an 8 week course on Thursdays at 6pm.

If you are new to yoga, are nervous about attending a class in the studio, need more than just a video to watch by yourself or are high risk, join us for an ONLINE Beginners Yoga 8 week course.
Step into yoga in the comfort of your own home with Kara Bercher to guide you. No special props will be needed (think paper towel rolls for blocks, belts or ties for strap, books, etc). She will start with dharma talk, lead a mindful flow, then have guided relaxation for savasana. We will start out with very basic vinyasa flow, and build each week on the previous weeks' asanas.
Learn the basics to feel good in your body without worrying about a public setting. Or a great option if you want to grow your yoga practice before attending in studio. Each class will be recorded for you to watch later at your own convenience.
Kara is a cancer survivor, is practicing from home and knows all the challenges you are facing. This is a no judgement space to practice at your own comfort level at your own pace. Feel the Love.
