Join us at Kingfisher Yoga for a 31-day yoga challenge. We will commit to practicing at least one form of yoga for just 10 minutes (you are welcome to do more than 10 minutes =') every day. This is a small commitment, but the benefits of consistent daily practice can be transformative. There are 8 limbs of yoga. For this challenge we will focus on just 3 : Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. We have created an online challenge to check in daily and a group to share your challenges and inspirations. The Kingfisher staff will add incentives and ideas to help you along. So if you're ready to improve your physical and mental well-being, join us by signing up below. This is a free challenge to our yoga students. There may or may not be some surprise prizes! Remember, the goal of the challenge is to have fun and enjoy the process of exploring yoga and perhaps see how consistent commitment can transform your body and mind.
