Katie has been living in Ecuador for 5 years, learning from traditional healers or shamans. She has helped run retreats working with plant medicines such as San Pedro and Ayahuasca, and has been learning how to hold ceremonies, give limpias, or energetic cleansings, work with herbal medicines and more to promote spiritual, mental and physical healing. In this ritual, Katie will serve hape, which is a tobacco snuff powder for those who wish to partake. This helps to clear any energetic blocks we might have, and helps open us up to connect more deeply with our intuition and the spiritual realm.
