Join us for the fourth weekend of our yoga teacher training, Softening of Self! 

Every weekend of this yoga teach training will be open to everyone, so you can drop in whenever you feel called to!

9am - 4pm each day

Entire weekend costs $120 

The weekend workshop includes:

• Samudra Manthana - A telling and explanation of one of the traditional stories from the Vishnu Purana that contains symbolism related to Ayurveda
• Pancha Maha Bhutas - Exploration of the five great elements/the building blocks of nature
• The Doshas - What are the threedoshas? How do they relate to the body and the mind?
• Prakriti versus Vikruti - Determining the difference between constitution and imbalance
• Cycles of Life - Time of day, time of year, time of life and how to maintain harmony
• Ayurvedic Eating
