Grounded in Color

Unwind and feel grounded in this immersive 2 hour workshop where community, energy, and creativity meet. Whether you're a seasoned painter or picking up a brush for the first time, this class invites you to explore the grounding energy of the Muladhara Chakra, also known as the Root Chakra.

This workshop will blend guided meditation and discussion with fluid watercolor techniques. Participants will learn basic techniques, translating symbols like the four-petaled lotus and the stable square into personal abstract works of art.

No prior experience in art or yoga is necessary - only a curious mind!
