About the Event
Join Haley for a two hour deep dive into the foundations inversions!
Workshop Includes:
- A long warmup targeted to prepare the body for inversions
- A review of Plank/Chatarunga and their importance in inversions and arm balances
- A demo and breakdown of various poses: crow/side crow, tripod/headstand, 8-angle pose, handstand prep, forearm stand/prep & more
- Tips/techniques on how to grow your practice by incorporating inversions and arm balances in your regular practice
- Plus, some partner play with inversions
