Inversion Workshop

"It’s so fulfilling to watch students grow in their inversion practice. I love the quote: “Practice makes progress”, as I believe it is extremely true for practicing inversions and yoga in general.

Teaching inversions is a passion of mine! I love sharing progressive tools and drills to help you move the needle on your inversions practice. As much as I love teaching them, I sadly can’t during my weekend morning class because we simply don’t have the space or time.

This is why we put the Inversion Immersion on the calendar! We’re limiting attendance to 12, meaning we’ll have plenty of space for everyone, and I’ll be able to give each of you personalized attention.

I guarantee that you’ll leave the workshop with clarity about what you personally can work on to take your inversions practice to the next level.
