Mandala paint and yoga flow
Mandala is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates to mean “circle” or “center.” Often we practice yoga to find our center. We will do the same here, begin with a meditative yoga flow and then tune into our artistic selves. No rules.

About the Event
Mandala is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates to mean “circle” or “center.”
We often associate the word mandala with the circular designs that have repeating colors, shapes, and patterns radiating from the center. Mandalas can be precise, carefully measured, geometric, and perfectly symmetrical, or in contrast, free flowing, organic, and asymmetrical. Mandalas are often drawn in circles but they can also be drawn in squares. They are also seen in nature through fractals. Think of a sunflower center and petals, trees and so much more. No math needed for this class. $25 includes the needed art supplies and yoga class.
