Kid's Yoga for Kindergarten to 6th grade. In these Kids Yoga classes we laugh and connect through movement. We learn all different kinds of yoga poses. We even make some up! We play hard and laugh hard. We end with a bit of quiet time to get back into our front brains and affirm how awesome we are.
The first 4 Mondays & Wednesdays of the month,
At Sign up, choose one or two days per week and we will invoice you.
