In our modern lifestyle, people are more sedentary with less physical work. We can be lacking exercise, with an overall increase in chronic stress. All of this affects our breathing pattern and the process of changing our breathing patterns over time.  Social media and the internet are saturated with information, join me to find facts that are actually backed by science and research. Practise these techniques and start on a journey to change your health and wellbeing.
