I discovered yoga during my early college years, as a way to fend off the
dreaded “freshman 15.” Since then, my practice has evolved and looked
different through varying chapters of life and over time has become a
steady source of grounding and growth.
I live in Lodi with my husband and our three boys, and for the past decade
I’ve had the joy of teaching yoga both in our community and in healthcare
settings. In 2019, I completed my 200hr teacher training with Inner Fire
Yoga in Madison.
For me, yoga creates consistency, presence, and appreciation for each age
and stage of life. It’s a practice that continually offers space to learn, to be,
and to challenge oneself. During my 200 hr training I feel in love with
sequenced- based classes and look forward to sharing this practice with
others. My ideal yoga class is practiced early, in the heat, and to great
tunes – I look forward to practicing with you!
