Transformational Breath

In this 2.5 hour workshop you will experience the benefits and application of a deep, fully connected

breath. Learn about the 3 Levels of Transformational Breath®, their benefits, and how they’re

experienced in a full 60 minute Breath session. We will follow with Q & A and/or sharing after the

session.

This simple, powerful technique can create positive shifts: physically, mentally, emotionally,

spiritually. Eliminating our restrictive, unconscious breathing patterns allows us to heal

ourselves and move through Life with more Grace, Ease, and Joy.

Meet Valerie White Island, CTBGL

(Certified Transformational Breath® Group Leader)

Valerie White Island is a Certified Transformational Breath® Group Leader. (CTBGL) She received her

training directly from Dr. Judith Kravitz, founder of Transformational Breath® Foundation, and

travels nationally to teach this powerful modality. She also teaches small group workshops and offers

individual sessions.
