Haley Jansen
Haley's yoga journey began 15 years ago as a home practice. In 2013, she discovered hot yoga which soon became an essential part of her daily routine. Yoga has not only strengthened her body but has also been critical for her overall mental health; alleviating stress and providing an outlet for her to practice mindfulness. Being an avid runner most of her life, Haley discovered yoga to be the perfect complement to running.
After running her third marathon in 2015, she began looking for a new challenge and decided to deepen her yoga practice by completing the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Power Life Yoga in Des Moines, Iowa. She taught in Des Moines for two years and has remained committed to her practice while growing her family, finding solace and rejuvenation on her mat.
Upon relocating to Wisconsin with her family, Haley instantly found a connection with the Kingfisher Yoga community. She was overjoyed to resume teaching and officially joined the Kingfisher Yoga team in October 2022. Her classes blend vinyasa and power yoga with a strong emphasis on linking breath to movement. Her teaching style reflects a vibrant, positive energy designed to uplift her students' spirits and foster overall growth and well-being.
For Haley, yoga isn't just a practice but a lifestyle that enhances physical wellness and mental resilience. She is a dedicated instructor and loves inspiring others to explore their full potential and find success on their mat.
