Megan Trantow
Megan has been teaching since 2012 - in First Grade!
​
In 2019, she turned her educational pursuits toward yoga. She trained with Breathe for Change, focusing on bringing
yoga into the school system to alleviate the pressures on her young students & her fellow teachers.
​
Seeing how life challenges can shape who we are & how we react, she has focused on bringing laughter & a deep sense of body awareness to her practice & teaching.
Everyone is welcome to Megan's classes with a warm smile & space to be who you are meant to be.
