Your membership is active for 30 days from your Start Date, with automatic renewal for each subsequent month, unless canceled by either the client or Kingfisher Yoga, with written notification of 30 days in advance of the next billing date to Carla@kingfisheryoga.com Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: Client agrees to pay Kingfisher Yoga monthly recurring fees as follows: • Monthly Unlimited w/ Autopay Membership for $69 via Client authorized automatic credit card. • I agree to purchase the Monthly Unlimited w/ Autopay Membership for $69, as an automatic charge to my credit card, each month until I request to terminate. • I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card, I’ve established as my preferred method of payment. • I agree if I choose to terminate my membership, I will provide 30 days written notice in advance of my next billing date in order for my request to be effective from the following month. Billing date is based on your Start Date.
