I have been practicing yoga since my twenties. It was not until I was more mature that I realized there was much more to the practice than the yoga postures.
I want to share what I know & create a space for you to explore yoga with me!
I have trained at Perennial Yoga & with Yoga Indra Institute earning my 500 CYT.
Expanding Flow: This class is a faster pace, linking your movement to your breath as you flow through yoga poses & get deep into the body.
Restorative & Yin: This class invites you to SLOW DOWN as you work into the connective tissues of the body. Expect lots of stretching & moving mindfully.
Yoga Nidra: This class explores the space between being awake & being asleep. There is deep relaxation, meditation & connection to your true self
Members Only Open Studio: This is studio time for members to pop into the studio & self practice! It is always facilitated by a teacher, so if you have any questions or want to get deeper into certain poses this is a great time to practice & get individual attention.
