- Applications to daily life
- How to incorporate teaching the yamas and niyamas into class

1pm - 4pm - Afternoon Session

- Review foundational yoga asana
- Practice teaching

9am - 12pm - Morning Session - Pranayama and Pratyahara

- Review foundational yoga asana as it relates to pranayama
Pratyahara
- Etymology
- Reflect/Discuss yoga sutras relating to Pratyahara
- Meditation to focus the sensory experience externally and gradually withdrawing
